General Meetings
General Meetings are typically held on the third Tuesday of the month via Zoom video meeting software from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. See the current year Calendar of Events below.

If you are new to using Zoom on your computer or mobile device, we can assist you in getting a free account and learning how to join the call on video or audio. See below the calendar for Zoom info.

ARE YOU NEW TO ZOOM?
Before joining a Zoom meeting on a computer or mobile device (such as a smartphone, iPad, etc.), you can download the Zoom app from the Zoom Download Center (https://zoom.us/download).
Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom on your device when you click the "join meeting" website link. (The Zoom setup may take a few minutes to complete, so it is advisable to do this at least 10-15 minutes before the meeting start time, or even a day or two in advance.)
You can also join a test meeting anytime to familiarize yourself with Zoom and your computer or device's camera and microphone settings: https://zoom.us/test.
It is OK to join via audio only if you are not able to use video on your device!
