The Oakland Fukuoka Sister City Association is excited to announce that 2022 marks the 60th anniversary of the relationship between Oakland and Fukuoka.
To commemorate the occasion, the organization in collaboration with Fukuoka partners and Oakland youth participation, would like to install a public mosaic mural in Oakland with the message: Compassion, Peace, and Community.
Donor Recognition Introduction
We welcome and appreciation all donations of any size in support of this mural project celebrating community and honoring the 60 years of friendship between Oakland and Fukuoka.
All donations $100+ will be recognized on our donor recognition web page with your name if you choose.
