The Oakland-Fukuoka Sister City Association is once again partnering with J. Miller Flowers in Oakland, CA to offer a holiday wreath and bouquet sale fundraiser to support our 2024 student exchange programs. 

Orders must be made by Sunday, December 3, 2023 (with payment made in full by end of day 12/3) for pickup at J. Miller Flowers, 4416 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA 94611 on your choice of dates between December 6-13, 2023.

All orders made via the Google Form linked above will be sent a PayPal invoice by email. Please make your total payment (via credit or debit card, PayPal, or Venmo) online by the deadline of Sunday, December 3, 2023 end of day.

• Large Evergreen Wreath with choice of accent ribbon ($90)

• Hand-Tied Bouquet ($60)
